Getting Things Done Workflow Coaching Program  is a program delivered one-on-one which introduces and installs the Getting Things Done methodology, custom-tailored to your unique workflow and preference of system. This is delivered in 2 different formats: Desk-side coaching and online/virtual coaching.

DESK-SIDE COACHING 

This is the Getting Things Done classic desk-side coaching and is most suitable for busy executives to learn and implement the GTD methodology in a short amount of time. We have executive+executive assistant package which is very popular as it allows us to identify optimal productive ways in which the pair can work together. 

Format

  • One consultation call prior to the on-site session, to assess needs and opportunities
  • Two continuous days in your personal workspace
  • Two follow-up calls, within three months of the on-site session
  • Personal evaluation based on the Cognitive Preference Survey (optional)

ONLINE COACHING / VIRTUAL WORKFLOW COACHING

The Getting Things Done Online Workflow Coaching Program provides one-on-one training designed to introduce and install the GTD methodology, utilizing virtual meeting tools. The Virtual Workflow Coaching Package is designed as a long-term engagement that supports steady and incremental progress in the your path of mastering GTD.
