When you book a course at Productivity First, we need your name, address and e-mail. This is required to process your order and contact you if needed. We are required to keep the information in connection with accounting and tax handling. This history is not deleted. For security reasons we also store the IP address used to register the order.
Personal information to third parties
Productivity First does not sell personal information to third parties, nor do we exchange or disseminate such information with third parties. Outsiders can only get access to the information if this is required to perform specific services for Productivity First. In such cases, strict agreements are entered into to ensure information security, in addition, Productivity First will always decide how processing of the information will take place. Productivity First at the General Manager is responsible for the processing of personal data as described above.
We collect information about visitors at Productivity First. The purpose of this is to develop statistics that we use to improve and further develop information services on the site. Examples of what the statistics provide is how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are using.
The information is processed in an unidentified and aggregated form. Unidentified means that we cannot track the information we collect back to the individual user.
We use the Google Analytics tool on our site. Information from this tool is not provided from Productivity First to other actors.
Productivity First stores information about which keywords the users use in search of the site. The purpose of the storage is to make our pages better. The search usage pattern is stored in Google Analytics and only saved in aggregate form. Only the search terms are saved and they can not be linked to other information about the users, such as the IP addresses.
Productivity First uses a solution from Mailchimp to manage subscribers and send out newsletters. For us to send e-mail to the correct subscriber, you must register your name and e-mail address. In the solution, aggregated statistics of user activity are included in the newsletter. It is logged in how many times a newsletter is opened, how many times the link of an article is clicked, how many people report, and how many emails we receive.
If you use our newsletter service, you agree that we keep your name and email address in a database. You can at any time stop subscribing to the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.
